Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using rolfingbymarcela.com (the “Site”) operated by Rolfing By Marcela (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Site.
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- Clients can book appointments for Rolfing sessions, massages, bodywork, and prenatal massages through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
- We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice will incur a penalty fee equal to the full session amount.
Payments:
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- We accept payment in the form of cash, credit/debit cards (including HSA), or electronic payment methods, including credit cards Zelle, Venmo.
Client Responsibilities:
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health history and any relevant medical conditions.
- Clients are responsible for communicating any discomfort or concerns during the session to the therapist.
- Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled appointments.
Intellectual Property:
- All content included on this Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and digital downloads, is the property of Rolfing By Marcela or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability:
- Rolfing By Marcela shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Site or services provided.
Changes:
- We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
